Shipping Settings
To access this settings page, go to Super Subscriptions > Settings > Shipping
These options control how shipping rates behave for subscription orders and where you manage subscription shipping profiles.

Recurring shipping options
By default, Shopify sets the shipping option for recurring orders to the lowest-cost option available based on the product’s shipping profile. However, this behavior may not be suitable if you rely on third-party apps to manage shipping or have custom shipping rules in place.
- Automatically select the cheapest shipping option — Recommended for cost efficiency.
- Keep the initial shipping option — Use the same method chosen at checkout if other apps rely on it.
Automatic price updates
- After a subscription renewal — Update shipping prices each time an order renews.
- When a customer updates their subscription through the customer portal — Update rates after product or plan changes.
Shipping profiles
Use New profile to create shipping profiles with custom zones or free shipping. Products without a subscription shipping profile will use the default shipping profile as set in your Shopify shipping settings.
