Notifications
Customizing your email templates lets you control the branding and wording of every notification sent to customers and staff. You must verify a sender email before editing any subjects or body text. Each notification can be toggled on or off in the main Notifications settings.

Verify sender email
- Go to the Notifications settings page.
- Enter the email you want to send from and click Verify.
- Open the confirmation email and follow the link to verify your address.

Once verified, a Verified badge appears next to your email and template editing is unlocked.
Sending from your own domain
Verifying the address above is enough to start sending. To get the best inbox placement, your domain also needs email authentication records (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) in its DNS. Without them, emails are more likely to land in spam or bounce.
Contact support with the domain you send from and we will generate the exact records for you to add at your DNS provider.
name.example.com.example.com and verification keeps failing. This is the single most common reason domain verification does not complete. After adding the records, allow time for DNS to propagate, then send yourself a test notification.
