Tag Settings
Tags help segment customers and orders based on subscription status.

How subscription tags work
Active subscription tags are automatically applied to the appropriate customers and orders. When a tag is enabled or disabled, all related customer and order tags are automatically updated to reflect the new settings.
Customer tags
- Has subscription contract
Added if the customer has any subscriptions.
- Has active subscription
Added if the customer has at least one active subscription contract.
- Has paused subscription
Added if the customer has at least one paused subscription contract.
- Has cancelled subscription
Added if the customer has at least one cancelled subscription contract.
- Has completed subscription
Added if the customer has at least one completed subscription contract.
- Has failed subscription
Added if the customer has at least one failed subscription contract (e.g., payment failure).
Order tags
Tags applied to orders based on their role in a subscription:
- Subscription order
Added to all orders that are part of a subscription contract.
- Subscription order number
Added to all orders that are part of a subscription contract (including the initial order).
- Initial order
Added to the first order in a subscription contract.
- Recurring order
Added to recurring orders in a subscription contract.
- Subscription renewal number
Added only to renewal orders in a subscription contract.
