Subscription Analytics

To access this page, go to Super Subscriptions > Analytics

The Analytics page tracks key performance metrics for your subscription business. Use it to monitor revenue trends, subscription growth, and churn over time.

Table of contents

Overview

The page displays a series of charts, each summarizing a different aspect of your subscription performance. Select a date range in the upper left to filter the results. You can also compare the current period to the previous one.

Date range and comparison

Use the Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or Last 365 days presets to change the reporting window. Enable Previous period to overlay an additional line showing how metrics changed from the prior timeframe.

Monthly recurring revenue

Shows the monthly value of all active subscriptions. This reflects the amount you expect to receive from recurring charges every month.

Subscription order revenue

Displays the total revenue from orders that are part of a subscription. This includes initial purchases and all renewals within the selected period.

Subscription growth

Tracks the number of active subscriptions over time. Use this to see whether your subscriber base is expanding or shrinking.

Subscriptions started

Counts the number of subscription activations during the chosen period. Spikes here can indicate successful promotions or product launches.

Subscriptions stopped

Counts the number of subscription deactivations. Sudden increases may point to churn issues that need investigation.

Average subscription renewals

Shows how many times the average subscription has renewed. The initial order is not counted. A higher number suggests strong customer loyalty.
