Delete a subscription plan
- Go to Super Subscriptions > Plans.
- Open the plan you want to remove.
- Click Delete subscription plan.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Delete a single subscription option
If you only want to remove one option (for example, retire the "Weekly" choice but keep "Monthly"), open the plan, select the subscription option, and delete just that option — the rest of the plan stays intact.
What happens to existing subscribers
Existing subscriptions are stored as individual contracts that hold their own terms, so customers who already subscribed keep their subscription and continue to be billed and fulfilled. Deleting the plan stops new customers from subscribing to it; it's not a way to cancel current subscribers.
Stop new sign-ups without deleting
Often you don't need to delete the plan at all — you just want to stop offering it:
- Remove the products from the plan's Products section. The widget disappears from those products, but the plan (and your settings) stay intact in case you want them back.
- Or remove the specific products/collections you no longer want subscribable.
This is the safer choice when you might re-launch the offer later.

[AI-TAG]
- Feature: Deleting a subscription plan or option
- Plan: Plans > open plan > "Delete subscription plan" (confirm) — CANNOT be undone; removes plan + options, products stop showing the widget
- Option: open plan > select option > delete just that option (keeps the rest of the plan)
- Existing subscribers: kept as individual contracts and keep billing — deleting a plan stops NEW sign-ups, it does NOT cancel current subscribers (manage those on the Contracts page; contact support for bulk changes)
- Alternative (stop new sign-ups without deleting): remove products from the plan's Products section so the widget disappears but settings are preserved
