Inventory Planner

To access this page, go to Super Subscriptions > Contracts > Inventory planner

The inventory planner helps you stay on top of stock levels for upcoming subscription renewals. By reviewing projected demand ahead of time, you can restock popular items early and avoid missed revenue from out-of-stock products.

Table of contents

Viewing upcoming demand

The table lists each subscribed product variant along with its SKU, the number of active contracts, and how many units are required for renewals in the selected period. Use the popover in the Contracts column to see which contracts contribute to the total quantity.

Adjusting the date range

Use the Next 7 days dropdown to choose a different time frame. The planner recalculates how many renewals fall within that window so you can plan inventory for weeks or months ahead.

Why this matters

Keeping your store stocked ensures subscription orders are fulfilled on time and billed successfully. Consistent inventory prevents skipped renewals, protects recurring revenue, and keeps subscribers happy.
