Exporting Subscription Contracts

To access this page, go to Super Subscriptions > Contracts and click the Export button

Exporting generates a CSV file listing every subscription contract in your store. Each line item appears on a separate row so you can easily analyze products and quantities.

When to Use This Guide

Use this guide to:

  • Back up your contract data offline
  • Perform detailed analysis in spreadsheet tools
  • Migrate subscribers to another system

What Data Gets Exported?

Each row in the CSV includes these details:

  • Contract information — contract ID, status, created date, next billing date, currency, and internal notes
  • Billing policy — interval, interval count, and minimum/maximum cycles
  • Customer information — customer ID and email
  • Payment method — the ID of the payment method used for renewals
  • Delivery method — shipping or pickup addresses, rates, and any local delivery options
  • Subscription line items — product title, variant title and SKU, selling plan name, quantity, base price, cycle discounts, and line-level discounts

Because contracts can contain multiple products, you may see multiple rows with the same contract ID.
